RCS-7012：This product is an suspension extruded PVDF resin produced by our company, which is a medium to high molecular weight, semi-crystalline fluoropolymer homopolymerized by the suspension method of vinylidene fluoride. It has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, high insulation and self-extinguishing of fluororesin. It is mainly used to produce PVDF products (pipes, plates, rods, fishing lines, etc.) by extrusion process. Physical and Chemical Properties: White Powder, Melting Point 165-175℃, Standard Specific Gravity 1.75-1.79. The product is placed under outdoor conditions for a long time, which do not become brittle and crack. It has excellent rigidity, hardness, creep resistance and fatigue resistance. Packaging, Storage and Transportation: The product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse daily to prevent from the impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature. Attention should be paid to avoid processing temperature over 350 ℃, otherwise the product can decompose toxic gases under high temperature.
