Description: | Product Name:Membrane Grade PVDF Dispersion Resin/ PVDF membrane material Molecular Formula:(-CF2 - CH2 -)n Product Usage: This product is a membrane-grade PVDF resin produced by our company, which is a low molecular weight, semi-crystalline fluorine polymer homopolymerized by the emulsion method of vinylidene fluoride. It has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, high insulation and self-extinguishing of fluoro resin. It is mainly used for PVDF membrane material. Physical and Chemical Properties:White Powder, Melting Point 165-175℃, Standard Specific Gravity 1.75-1.79. The product is placed under outdoor conditions for a long time, which do not become brittle and crack. It has excellent rigidity, hardness, creep resistance and fatigue resistance. Packaging, Storage and Transportation:The product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse daily to prevent from the impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature. Attention should be paid to avoid processing temperature over 350 ℃, otherwise the product can decompose toxic gases under high temperature. Packing Specification:The product is mainly packed in two-layer polyethylene plastic bag, carton box and ton bag for customer to choose.
